Skiing & Snowboarding
Regardless of whether you choose the lifts and ski school right outside your door
or head over to the nearby Warth or Lech-Zürs ski areas, there is nothing to get
in the way of an absolutely wonderful ski and snowboarding experience
for all skill levels and age groups.
As the
Schischule Knittel in Elbigenalp, beginners and advanced skiers can take advantage of a variety of lifts in the area.
Right around the corner – in Bach – is the
Jöchelspitze, an inviting and comfortable family ski area surrounded by breathtaking mountain scenery. At 1,800 meters you'll get a fascinating and unique view of the Lechtal and Allgäu Alps.
The
Warth-Schröcken ski area needs no further introduction. Since the 2013/14 winter season it has been connected by the Auenfeldjet with
Lech-Zürs ski area.
